TIRED!!!....

this morning..so memalukan saja!

i had to demo karate in front the school,what happened was....i shouted "kia" 1st...then followed by chie teng then maybell...its like so weird...maybe i did too fast ord ><>
Encik Shukri said to Sofia(one of the karate member) " They demo,why like no expression?"....of course la...so nervous ler...!!(cant even smile)

after school!!
damn nervous -.-'
karate grading!!....i felt like my whole body no energy to move ord!...my heart kept beating beating so fast....
lol...after a few minutes(maybe 30mins),master came!!...*cant breath*
OMG OMG OMG
later,the shihan(main master) came...white belt do their grading 1st..
the white belts finished...OMG again!!its my turn now(brown belt)...
...sweat...sweat...sweat...sweat...im sweating like hell...and hanson(in front of me) totally wet!! ><
so tired...continue do..do..do..do..and do..non-stop!!at last,reached the end of the basic movement...and now,the time for 'kata' (a combination of almost all basic move)..im done!

im tired...no voice..no energy..gasping for oxygen!!

still got one more to go..that is 'sparing'!!!!
